I have now linked to my Ravelry account.  I hope to have patterns to download very soon.  Please check in with me periodically.  This is a step-by-step process mixed in daily with my regular full time job and my design time.  Can't wait to do this "full time" while traveling with my husband.  What a great combination - traveling - designing - being inspired by God's creation and His people, and sharing it all with you.   Have a great day.

Welcome to my world!

You are witnessing the beginning of a new career for me.  I invite you to join me on this journey.  It began just a couple of months ago when I made contact with a yarn importer regarding designing using their yarn products.  I will introduce them to you in another post.

I am so excited about the opportunity we are exploring together. 

I actually have been designing knit and crochet patterns for a long time - since at least college - but not really pursuing publishing them.  The recent resurgence of knitting as a popular pasttime has made this a much more possible dream.  Designers now have so many outlets - Ravelry, Etsy, AllFreeKnitting, and others that I am still learning about.  Facebook and other technologies have expanded the horizons enormously.  Come along with me on this journey.  I will keep you in the loop as I continue this vision.
